By booking any service through our website, mobile application, IVR system, or customer support channels, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation is considered valid only after confirmation by Parideals.
Cancellation before service confirmation → No cancellation charges
Cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled time → Minimal administrative charge may apply
Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service → Cancellation charges applicable
Cancellation after service provider dispatch → Full service charge applicable
Emergency services once assigned or dispatched are non-cancellable.
Cancellation before labour assignment → Allowed
Cancellation after labour reaches site → Not allowed
Same-day cancellation → Charges may apply
Cancellation before project commencement → Allowed (administrative charges may apply)
Cancellation after project start → Not permitted
Materials already purchased for the project cannot be cancelled
Cancellation before dispatch → Allowed
Cancellation after dispatch → Not allowed
Transportation charges are non-cancellable once vehicle is assigned
Site visit bookings can be cancelled before confirmation
Token or advance payments are generally non-cancellable unless agreed in writing
Parideals acts as a service facilitator and is not responsible for buyer-seller disputes
Parideals reserves the right to:
Cancel a booking due to unavailability
Cancel services due to safety concerns
Cancel bookings in case of fraudulent activity
Modify this policy without prior notice
