This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Parideals (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operating in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By booking or purchasing any service through our website, mobile application, IVR system, or customer support channels, you agree to this policy.
Users may cancel a booking without any charges before service confirmation by Parideals.
If a service is cancelled after confirmation:
Cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled service → 90% refund
Cancellation within 24 hours of service → 50% refund
Cancellation after service provider dispatch → No refund
Emergency services (plumbing, electrical, urgent labour, etc.) once assigned are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Booking token amounts are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Parideals acts as a service facilitator and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
Refund eligibility depends on contractual agreement between the involved parties.
For construction or renovation projects:
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If cancelled before project start, refund may be processed after deducting administrative and site visit charges.
Material already procured will not be refunded.
Labour booking cancellation before assignment → Eligible for refund (after processing charges).
Cancellation after labour reporting at site → No refund.
Orders cancelled before dispatch → Eligible for refund after processing charges.
Orders cancelled after dispatch → Delivery and transportation charges will be deducted.
Delivered materials once accepted cannot be refunded unless defective.
Prepaid maintenance plans are refundable only within 7 days of purchase, provided no service has been availed.
After service utilization, refunds will be calculated proportionately.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
The following are non-refundable:
Platform convenience fees
Inspection/site visit charges
Consultation fees
Government fees or registration charges
Payment gateway charges
Parideals reserves the right to:
Approve or reject refund requests
Deduct applicable administrative charges
Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
