By using our platform, you represent that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.
Users agree:
To provide accurate and complete details
Not to misuse the platform
Not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Not to harm service providers or company reputation
To make timely payments for booked services
All bookings are subject to confirmation.
Prices may vary depending on project scope and site conditions.
Advance payments may be required for certain services.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
Platform convenience fees are non-refundable.
Parideals acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers.
We do not guarantee ownership verification beyond submitted documentation.
Users must conduct independent legal verification before finalizing transactions.
Parideals is not responsible for disputes between property buyers and sellers.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary.
Material costs are subject to market fluctuations.
Changes requested by the customer may result in revised pricing.
Once work has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable.
Labour and service providers are assigned based on availability.
Parideals does not guarantee specific individuals unless agreed in writing.
Customers must ensure safe working conditions at the site.
Delivery timelines are approximate.
Risk transfers to customer upon delivery acceptance.
Transportation delays due to traffic, weather, or government restrictions are not the responsibility of Parideals.
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Parideals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for disputes between customers and third-party vendors.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
All content including logo, brand name, text, images, and platform design are the intellectual property of Parideals.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend accounts for policy violations
Terminate accounts involved in fraud or misuse
Refuse service at our discretion
Parideals shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our platform.
